Professor Juliana received her B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasília in 1993; his M.Sc.in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasília, in 1995; and his Ph.D. in Telecomunication Engineering from the Coventry University, in 1999. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Brasília.
