Professor Dinei received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasilia in 1983; his M.Sc. in in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasilia in 1991; and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, in 1996. Currently, he is a Researcher at Microsoft Research.
